Easy Fettuccine

Ingredients:
1 lb fettuccine
1 lb frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup SOY DREAM Beverage, Original Flavor
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 whole cloves sautéed garlic


Preparation:
Prepare fettuccine according to directions on package. Place remainder of ingredients in food processor and chop (do not over mix). When fettuccine is done, toss with spinach mixture. Optional: top with pine nuts and fresh cracked pepper.

Servings: 4 Nutritional data for 1 serving: calories 400, protein 16g, fat 5g, sodium 300mg, cholesterol 3mg, carbohydrates 70g, fiber 4g.

Have You Had The Flu This Year?

During the cold weather our immune systems are more compromised. The lack of sun (much needed vitamin D) and fresh air doesn’t help!
